Twins Management Group’s story began in 1993 when founder and President Sunny Patel purchased his first property, a small independent motel. From there, Sunny laid the foundation for growth, gradually expanding his portfolio through strategic acquisitions. His early success paved the way for a diverse and successful business. In 2016, Sunny’s twin children, Nirmal and Niraj Patel, took over the reins of the business and established Twins Management Group. With their deep-rooted knowledge of Hospitality and a shared passion for business, Nirmal and Niraj expanded the company’s focus to include both hotel and quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands. Under their leadership, the company’s portfolio grew rapidly, with a diverse mix of properties across multiple brands. Today, Twins Management Group continues to thrive, with an ever-expanding portfolio in both the hotel and QSR industries. Nirmal and Niraj have built on their family’s legacy, driving innovation and growth while solidifying the company’s position as a leader in hospitality management. The company is now also exploring new opportunities in housing and retail space, further broadening its impact in the industry.
